I am constantly looking to the posts on Backyard Chickens because of all the great advice I found, so I finally joined! I am part of a ministry at my church that tends a coop of 8 - 10 chickens. I am now in charge of the ministry with the help of 5 other people who are crazy about our girls! We give the eggs to people in the neighborhood who need them (along with a garden where the vegetables are offered as well). Thank you to everyone who offers advice! I look forward to being a part of this great community!
