Hi everyone, I am brand new to the group and to owning chickens. Below is some info about me and my family. Looking forward to more chicken info and advise.

(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I am brand new to owning chickens, just over a week in fact.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
We have 9 baby chicks
(3) What breeds do you have?
3 RIR, 3 Buff Orpington, 3 Ameraucana
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
Right now, I just love watching them..... and of course holding them. Very much looking forward to fresh
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Hiking, biking, 🏕
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
we are a family of 4, we have a
who loves the chicks and is so calm with them, and a 
who couldn't be bother to look at them
