I too agree, that bobcat will be back.
If you need help fortifying your coop and/or run, post pictures and explain what happened in this forum, and folks will help you. 1/2" hardware cloth is what the vast majority of us use to keep our poultry safe. https://www.backyardchickens.com/forums/coop-run-design-construction-maintenance.9/
