As you may be aware I am new to this site. I found it a couple of months ago and I have been using it as a reference since then.
I am fairly new to raising chickens. I have only had my chickens since September. I have two New Hampshires. One rooster and one hen. My hen laid her first egg yesterday in a dug out nest on the floor of the coop. I am looking forward to the having some more chickens.
Through my research I have found out the chicken coop that was already on the property needs to have some changes made to it. Neither my rooster or my hen are big flyers so I need to lower the existing roost and nesting boxes.
Any information about New Hampshire would be extremely helpful. Thank You!
