I am really excited about my having my first backyard chickens to come in April.

I currently live in Chilliwack, BC, a large farming community, but non-agricultural properties are not allowed to have chickens (even though Vancouver residents with their tiny little backyards can have chickens). Last I heard this issue was tabled by city council. Does anyone from the area have an update as to this bylaw status? Thanks
