Hello and thank you for this great page full of information. My family and I have recently got our first 6 baby chicks. We live in upstate New York but I'm originally from the city so I will need all the help I can get. I have read a lot on how to raise chicks but still find I have questions, I hope all you experienced chicken lovers can help us out with our new family venture. Thank you Jrhy
 
Welcome! My family is from Upstate, Gloversville. I remember going to my grandmother's camp at Caroga lake. I was a little guy then. Anyway, welcome to BYC, there are a lot of great people here to help you when you have problems.
