Hi ME myalgia enchelomylitis otherwise known as CFS of PVS I think in America
I was fit healthy member of TWO gyms, personal trainer, just finished degree and started teaching one day
And the next thing I knew I was bedbound for 8 months! Took 2 half years for diagnosis
They think ME is viral you become ill with something, the virus goes but your immune system thinks
Its still there, all the symptoms seem to come from your immune system attacking itself
Its very much like having flu, weakness feeling faint dizzy swollen glands hell of a headache
But you have it for years rather than a few weeks

My husband is my carer, bless him! He's not killed me yet :lol:
