I am not really new to chickens. I have had them for 3 years now. My family and I are from Monroe County, West Virginia. Right now I have 30 chickens which are mixed breed, silver laced wyandottes, silkies, cochin bantams, and white rocks. We might have some other breeds I am leaving out. I also have 1 guinea, 1 goose and 2 ducks. As for non- poultry members of our family I have 3 children ages 14, 10, and youngest is turning 7 next month. Our pets are 2 dogs, 2 doves and 4 cats.
