Hi, I am new to the site.
We have 10 chickens and two have just started to crow - so we have discovered they are roosters.
We are trying to see what we can do with them as we live in a small neighbourhood and we won't be able to keep them - in the suburbs.
Just trying to work out best options.
Also what age do they begin to mate. Thanks

and Welcome To BYC! X3 on seeing about rehoming or separating the extra roos, they will probably start harassing the girls anytime, the roos usually mature faster than the pullets and will chase them around and may injure them if left unchecked.
