Hello,

I keep extra Troxel kids helmets on hand at all times. They are very affordable and have a free accident replacement policy. And I replace every year, I worry about the Florida heat and humidity. About the padding breakdown. Go to Troxels website and check it out.

Good Luck,

Maye

Last year a troxel saved my life. I spent years on the barrel/rodeo circuit and would not have been caught dead in a helmet. I few years ago I bought a horse that has a horrible buck in her. Started wearing a helmet while I was training her, but not with the other horses. One day I was ready to go get her with my troxel on my head and one of my horses broke through the gate so I decided I would work him instead. As soon as I got on, he started flipping out for no reason. He reared and flipped over on top of me. I was knocked out and the back of my helmet was smashed like a car windshield. Could have been my head instead. A troxel saved my life so I am gonna recommend that brand.

BTW, Troxel also saved my head, sent it in and they sent me a new one free. That is why I replace mine every year, also I only have one head to last me my whole life. At my farm, No Helmet= No Ride
