If she is better she might have been dehydrated. Keep watch on her poops for any more yellow or abnormal poops. Make sure that she is eating and drinking. If she becomes lethargic again, I would get some Corid from a feedstore or online.

Still has bad wet poops and lethargic somewhat but she is still eating and drinking and she has started eating feed a little and seems to be getting a little of her personality back
