Hello, my chicken is a 3-year-old Australorp who is usually very active, vocal, and lays eggs regularly. However, two days ago, she started behaving differently by lying around more than usual and eating and drinking very little. I checked her for signs of being egg-bound, but everything seems normal. Her poop is sticky, bright green, and has some white substance on top. Until today, she had been walking and jumping normally, but I noticed a slight stumble in her walk, and she has been lying down more. I also checked her for mites, but found nothing. Her breathing is normal, and her eyes are bright. She might be molting since she had molting last year around this time. I need help—what can I do?

What's her diet? Anything g toxic or moldy she could have found? When did she last lay?
I feed them a 16% layer feed mini pellets and they can eat some side oyster shells and scratch grains. They are free-range range so as far as Im concerned she shouldn't have eaten anything rotten. I only feed them what they usually eat per day out on the grass. She last laid about 2 days ago, but she doesn't look eggbound.

I’m have a similar problem with my 3 year old hen. She doesn’t seem well. She hasn’t laid an egg yet this year. And her poop looks similar- very bright green! She’s still moving around a little, but I noticed yesterday she gets winded very easily. All my other hens seem fine, if. It anything show worry for her. What have you done for her so far? With all this Bird Flu going around I’m afraid to bring her into my house to separate her from the flock.
