My chicken was due to hatch yesterday and both her siblings have already hatched with no issue. Their temp is 99.5F and their humidity is 63, but that’s about the highest I can get it. I’m not sure if I should help her or not. She’s been trying to hatch for 48 hours, and the membrane is wrapped tight around her she pipped 48hr ago But when I tried to help her out of the membrane today it bled (barely any) but still, and I wrapped w warm paper towel. Any suggestions/ help?

If the chick is truly shrink-wrapped it
won't be able to free itself on its own. How long has it been since the membrane bled a little? If more than a few hours, I would carefully try to help the chick out again. Begin to peel the shell and membrane away Very slowly, and immediately stop if you see any bleeding.

I peeled it along the zip line/ air pocket and she can get out if she wants but hasn’t yet there was no bleeding only dry blood from earlier

That's great news. Yes the chick is surely exhausted from her ordeal and needs to rest before she moves away from the egg shell. But at least she can now move when she is rested, recovered and ready.
