Help. 1 day old and looks like stuff coming from its vent.

This little guy was hatched a day ago and abandoned by the hen (hatched 2 weeks after it last sibling). I have him/her in the house under brooder heater.
Today I noticed that there is no poop.
I checked for pasty butt and it had a big dark brown wad there. So I soaked it in warm water and begin to clean it off.
However, instead of clean butt, I am seeing this.
It also smells bad. Not like poop but like dead flesh.
Any ideas?
Can I help this little guy.

I've seen something like that before if they hatch before they fully absorb the yolk.

Put baby in a small lines cup in the brooder. She should be ok.

Right now this chick is by itself.
It is very lethargic. Mostly sleeping.

Also, you can use a pipette to give baby some raw yolk and straight nutri drench in the next few hours. Watch it drink before giving anymore. Hopefully baby will make it.
