Should I change out deep litter bedding before winter? Because it could cause too much moisture?

I just leave the pop up door open, they can come in and go out on their terms. I do have wind blocks in my run. But really they are smart enough to stay alive. As long as they have the choice to go in or come out.

Cold bothers people much more than it bothers chickens.
