HELP! 1 Month old chick w/ bloody bottom

1 of our 22 chicks has a raw bloody bottom. It looks ripped. She seemed fine yesterday but is definitely not well today. Not sure what the problem is or how to help her.

If it looks ripped, my guess is that the chick had someone pick at it so it bled, and then more picked on it so it bled more. Applying bluekote to hide the wound would probably help it out . Best of luck.
