Help. 11 baby ducks with out a mom

Put just a taste on there bill & wait for them to try it. Mine are very reluctant to try something new.

They might be black bellied whistling tree ducks..

My guess is they are mallards.
I finally got them to eat and drink, but all they do other wise is run around the brooder talking and trying to get out. Is this normal for ducks or is it just babies that have just left mama.

Very normal. Ducklings don't stop running.
