HELP! 11 day incubated eggs accidentally put in fridge!

I went out of town and my dad thought my broody hen gave up on her eggs and put them in the fridge on Friday
Are they dead?!
she is sitting again on some new eggs.
Any advice?!!

Personally I would candle the eggs to see if the veins are still there. There is a slight possibility that they went dormant instead of dying off....

if you see development and no blood rings, let the eggs come to room temp before returning to the broody.

if the eggs seem no longer viable, you can try again or break the broody. I personally took mine off the nest twice a day to make sure she maintained her weight. I’ve found broodys to be like pregnant women, they will want all the tasty stuff rather than the usual feed. Scrambled eggs are usually a good choice. you can also try mash. I would avoid scratch or anything that’s harder to digest.
