Help, 11 Week Old Quail's Leg Stopped Working.

Last night we went to lock our quail up and she was flopping round on the ground. She's still alert and she can stand when she can lean against the wall but she won't eat or drink. This is the second one we've had with this but the first one was really bad, we found him when we got up and we had to put him down. It was really cold and wet both times.

I would give a couple of drops of Poultry Cell or a similar vitamin with riboflavin or B complex daily. Can you look at for any swelling on the legs in case of any injury? If you lose this one, a necropsy by your state vet might be needed to see if there is a disease. Make sure the quail is in a chicken sling where it can reach food and water.

Thanks, we'll try the riboflavin. She doesn't have any swelling and I don't think it's injury.
