Well the second one before he even got out of his egg had broken his yolk he was covered and dried with yolk plastered all over him. I had to in the end clean him and get him fluffy even had to get yolk out of his nose...poor thing.. He is very tiny compared to everyone else. I'm hoping he will be ok. He has had no interest in eating or drinking, he's too tired I think from the two hours of flailing around in the incubator.he would only calm down in my hands or when he was with another duckling. Is it supposed to be a big bulging pink thing hanging? it's a little larger than a pea.

No cuts I don't think. It's above their cloaca (is that right? I would say the rectum for humans I suppose) so right where the umbilical cord would be?
