HELP! 2 week old chick shaking head with distress noise

Hi all! I have four 2 week old chicks hatched from my broody hen (not my eggs). All 4 have been healthy and integrated into the flock with mama’s protection. Today, I noticed one of the chicks acting lethargic and not always following the group. The chick was repeatedly going through a sequence of falling asleep (while standing), squealing and shaking its head, moving a little, then falling back asleep. The chick did not consistently follow mama around this afternoon. He/she is now sleeping under mama with the others for the night, but I’m not sure what’s going on. Concerned about any disease that has a chance to spread to the flock. Ideas?

Sounds like it might just need Brawndo™ (rooster booster, nutri drench, etc.). Some people also swear by adding a touch of Apple Cider Vinegar (with "mother") and it seems to have worked well so far for me
