2 week old Chicks not using heat at night

chicks are kinda.. simple minded creatures. They definitely still need heat, and are just not connecting the dots right now. Keep doing it until they get it. Or you may need to change up your method of giving heat.

I appreciate the advice! I ended up solving it by turning down the heat on their heat pad slightly, didn't have any issues after that.
