Help! 3 owls and still counting

"Uhwhaa" is great horned owl.

I have heard an owl that has a really eerie sound with a satisfied sound at the end, sounds wierd I don't know how else to describe it.... it maybe is after it has killed something? but it's not the screaming sound of a rabbit being caught.

Need more detail. Could be screech owl. They make a warbling "woooooo".

Juvenile great horns I presume you are decribing as making the distressed rabbit like sound.

Sounds I hear apparently far from complete owl vocabulary. Check out out following website for owl recordings (http://www.owlpages.com/sounds.php). You will have to scroll down to find owls from your area. You find more species are present than you thought. I have long-horned owls that I have yet to see alive.
