We butchered barred rock roos at 18 weeks, and they were tender and meaty. I wouldn't wait later than that unless you want something that's going to have to be slow roasted for hours and hours....

Just found this out and she is a small hen at that, I have egg confirmation

from the friend who asked for sex assistance.
