Help!! 5 WK. Chicks Sick

I have 5 wk old chicks who are on Medicated Chick feed that i ferment for them with Mothers Vinegar . I have three that i've noticed are all puffed up , lethargic, moving slowly ect.. About 2wks ago i had a chick with the same symptom die . This chick was NOT on the fermented feed when she passed, but on the medicated chick starter (DRY) . They have been on the new feed for about a week . They have no Nasal discharge or sound like they have Resp issues , eyes look good , check the lower end all looks good there too . I have auromyacin and other medications , but they dont seem to have the symtoms that these would treat . Thank You to all who could give me some advise .

It sounds like coccidiosis. They can contract it even when on medicated starter. I'd treat them all with Corid asap.
