Hi Everyone,
I need help with gender identification, please! Breed posted above each photo(s)! I have someone who is coming to get my 7 week old welsummer rooster, she rescues roosters and let's them free range on her acreage. So I was hoping to be able to identify other roosters as I can't keep all of them.

EASTER EGGER: Will be estimated 7 weeks on Saturday 6/15/2024 _ TSC _ (I am thinking rooster, not positive)

Not sure on Easter Egger, but I think your bantams are pullets? Though I do see some pointy feathers. Interested to see others' opinions
I have issues sexing Easter eggers too... they don't really develop combs and wattles.
But the easter egger is the one I really need confirmation on, simply because of the woman coming to get the other one. She said she'd take the egger too if it's a roo.

Really? That would literally make me so happy.
I've never had bantams before so I wasn't positive. I thought the blue was a rooster but I'm completely new to bantams.
Bantams tend to mature a bit faster, so they'll have more comb and wattle at a younger age. So then the males are pretty obvious at just a few weeks old. I'm certain yours are both girls.

Really? That's interesting and good to know!
Also super happy with that information!
I know they aren't great egg layers but those two are the sweetest babies.

I posted another post with a crele bantam and a silkie, looking for gender help. Would the same rule go for both of them too?

Yes really!
Glad you're happy.
Bantams do seem sweet!

It will go for the bantam, but not the Silkie. Silkies are one of the toughest breeds to sex.
