Help a new chicken family with hens that won't lay!

Wow! Thank you all for the advice and encouragement. Today I installed a light on a timer in the chicken tractor. Hopefully the extended light gets me an egg. That seemed to be the most common advice. If nothing else the hens will have a bit of extra heat. I live in the Carolinas so it doesn't get very cold anyway. Thanks again!
