Help a Newbie Please

I know this probably gets asked a lot but please don't be annoyed. We started renting a lovely house about a month ago, it came with a large chicken enclosure and 6 chickens. I have never kept chickens before. Please critique my enclosure. Thank You in Advance

Also any insight into what kind of Rooster I have. I am pretty sure my girls are Lohman Browns but I can't seem to place him

It looks like a nice set up to me. A chicken that's protected from predators, and weather, with feed and a run, is a happy chicken. I think it's a great set up for a first timer. Welcome to the world of chickens!

Thanks. Full discourse this all came with the house. They had 6 turkeys and lots of chickens. We agreed to keep the 6 and see what happens
