HELP!!!!...again!! Sage is now limping!!!

so my chicken sage who got attacked by my dog is now limping if you've read HELP!! my dog ripped some of my chickens skin off, yes, its the same chicken i put her back in the coop because you can't even see her injury any more, and i don't think it's the other chickens fault because this sounds weird but i spent about 80 % of my free time with my chickens and i haven't seen the chicken peck it or any thing so what do i do?

hi i really need help with sage! she like wont move and i put some stuff i got from tsc on it and shoud i give her a bath? shes very dirty and she sleeping all the time i really dont want her to die please help

Also, do you have a vet nearby? And is it possible to take her to the vet? I understand not everyone has the money or it is not accesible. Pictures would be helpful.
