It appears that two of my 5 week old call ducklings have started to develop angel wing. I have stopped giving any sort or treat for about a week and I allowed the wings to settle when I first noticed but it has not gone back and has gotten worse. I am going to lower the protein in their feed but I am not sure what the best food for them would be- Is 15% too low, that is the lowest % protein I can find under 18%. Right now I am using Purina flock raiser crumbles. I plan to wrap their wings tomorrow as well. Thank you!

I really don’t think it’s the feed. Many of us feed flock raiser an don’t have angel wing in our flocks. But anyway here is a good thread on wrapping https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/angel-wing-treatment.1252014/
