Help! air bubble above the breast area.

My 3 week old chick has what feels like an air bubble under her neck but above her breast. What could cause this and what should I do to help her?

It may be her crop. You can Google "chicken anatomy" and find many pictures to look for the crop. It is on The chick's upper right chest under the neck, and it feels full when there is food in the crop being stored after a meal.

It is in the center of her chest and feels like a balloon full of air not hard.
