Help! Air cell on wrong end. Duck hatching

This duck is trying to hatch through the correct end but its air cell is on the other side. What do I do? Should I assist? Hatch day is supposed to be Monday but I have one other that has also pipped.

Since he has externally pipped he is getting the oxygen needed to continue the hatching process. Ducklings are slow hatchers so it can be well over 48 hours before they actually hatch.
