Help all my chicken will do is sleep

Hello Im new here and I posted this in the wrong area (Introductions) the first time
My hen all she will do is laydown and sleep she will not open her eyes I have her in the barn by her self in a upright position,She will drink water one drop at the time by a dropper but she cant hold her head up or walk .everynow and then she will stretch her neck out then drop it right back down.
She was fine then she just started to act like she didnt feel good ,she has none of the other signs that all the articles say to look for.
She just looks like a chicken that took a sleeping pill

I dont know I feed her and the others layng pellets and mash and scratch feed
she is about a year old and appeared very healthy till a couple days ago.
she dont appear to be hurting she just lays there

Im guessing here, but maybe she was bit by something?

Has she been out and about, ranging?

she was in a big pen on the ground about 20 ft by 35 with 6 others,with the regular 1inch chicken wire on sides and top and a covered house with a fan to help keep cool
