Help! All my ducklings are dying

I'm sorry for your loss, and I'd agree with some of the other posts in saying you should try giving the rest more Vitamins.

@Crazy4Fowl can you explain what your brooder is what your using for bedding what the temps are and what feed are you using?
Sure I will try to get all the specifics but I must say this. We have some other ducklings from tractor supply that are more than a month old. They used the exact same wood shaving, the exact same box, the same heater and everything. The only difference is the TS ducklings had different food than these ones for their first few weeks.

The hatchery is Cackle Hatchery. We also recieved chickens from them. All the chicks are completely fine. Since all the chicks are fine and the ducks are not I’m thinking perhaps the ducklings have some disease or something. The food we are using for the ducks is scratch and peck.

We contacted the hatchery the day some arrived dead and they said to call in 72 hours for a complete dead count incase anymore died. At that point no more did die although we also informed them they gave us a black Swedish rather than the Cayuga we ordered so they refunded us for the 2 dead ducks and the black Swedish. Sadly the black Swedish is the black duck that died. We will call them again tomorrow, hopefully they will give us a refund for the other ducklings as well. However money is not really the big deal here, it’s very unfortunate that the poor ducklings died and it has ruined our plans of breeding and raising ducklings since the ones we got died and Cackle Hatchery said they can only refund not replace them. Apparently their ducks are out of stock.

Thank you everyone for all the help. We’ve raised ducks many times before and this has never happened.

I got 15 chicks from a hatchery, they are not even a week old, and two of them have died already. They looked a lot like your duck, as they were laying down and moving their heads weird. We haven't figured out for sure what it is, but I think wry neck.
Wry neck can be caused by a vitamin E deficiency, or a selenium deficiency.
Try to get them supplements as fast as you can.

Wry neck is most often caused by a deficiency in thiamine(B1), vitamin E or neurological damage. Selenium is given in conjunction with vitamin E to help the E absorb into the body more readily. Clinical signs of a selenium deficiency would not include Wryneck.
