Spice Girl #1 was killed by a hawk in December. Spice Girl #2 (all that was left of her was wings & legs) & Ghost (about half of her was gone) & Diesel had her innards ate. Spice Girl #3 was killed, she was bit her on her left chest area, killed her. Inmate lived. Her jaw is screwed up, got some puncture wounds on her back. Today the 6th of July, Penny my one eyed hen is gone! All I found of her was the saddle I had made for her. Hawkeye is limping on her left leg.

Any idea of what could be getting in the coop & looks like either dragging the hens out or scaring them where they get out? They have all been found in the same general area.

Sounds to me like you need to secure your coop better. No way of knowing what could be getting in without pictures of your whole setup. I would look for any kind of openings that anything could get into. Do you have a run? (If so, is it attached to your coop? Is it covered? These things would be helpful in protecting your flock)

was your run/coop locked at night?
After the first time something got into the coop, you should have taken some serious security measures and tried to catch what ever it is.
