HELP are my chicks alive?

i am hoping my chicks are okay. . . i candled on day 8 maybe and they were so active i was so excited. and now day 12 i see what would still be the eye and a darker mass that isnt completly darkened taking up half the egg and most of then around the perimeter of the egg long ways around the mass is a red blood ring. . i do have brown eggs and i havent changed anything that ive been doing. i dont see any movement i dont think. i didnt know if the blood ring was a true blood ring or a circular veins for the chick. im thinking the worst but i dont know why they would die. . . any help would be great. also it looks like there is a fuzzy bloody area where the embryos were. the embryos arent as close to the wall of the egg

Could you maybe take a picture, yes blood rings mean bacteria, but your embryos seem to be developing so I wouldn't assume the worst just yet. If your really down, maybe watch an egg for movement once again, the bigger they get, the less nocticable the movement, they aren't so free floating like around day 8. Even if you don't see movement, if none smell, leave them be and see if they develope more by day 18.
