I need to know if these silkies are hens or roosters. I think the latter....as they have been *ahem* aggressive with my other hens. Can anyone help?? Please? What do I do?

How do you tell? And....what should I do? Can 2 Roos exist in the same coop? I have 11 chickens total....and if these 2 are male.... Yikes. I was told they were female!
Anyone want them?

Thank you! I have concerns as well about the 2 barred rocks we got the same day. Now...why nobody said these are male is beyond me. And very upsetting when raising them for eggs :/

Thank you for your reply! I will find the re homing section.

You can not tell a female silky from a male silky when they are babies. It's virtually impossible. You need to wait until they are over about 10 weeks before those features start coming in. How can they tell if the chick is still in the egg?

But you can tell with other breeds, which is why I asked. No need to treat me like I'm stupid.

Honey, I never treated you like you were stupid. I was informing you. I only found that information out in the last couple of months too. Please don't take your anger out at me. :(
