Help ASAP please

We got chicks at IFA 3 days ago. One of them had her one eye closed and was just fine. I checked them this morning and she had both eyes closed but won’t eat or drink when we help her. What should we do?

Some just don't thrive.
How is the heat in there, what kind of heat and do you have a thermometer to check?
Did you dip the beaks in the water? Try hand feeding/watering?

Is she lighter colored? Sometimes chicks peck at the eyes of their lighter colored brooder-mates. It happened to mine but not as bad. They got bigger than the rest of the flock and the pecking stopped. There are a bunch of other threads about it. Check them out.
