Help!!! Baby chick can't stand

I don't know what to do! I have a 2 day old chick that can't stand. It just keeps rolling, like its head is to heavy. I check its feet and legs and they look fine. It can push with its feet. I have it separated from the other chicks. I've been hand watering and feeding it. So it has been drinking, eating and pooping. Has anybody ever seen this before? I really don't want to put it down. Any ideas? on what I should do?

You could try POLYVISOL (three drops in beak once a day) and in addition vit E (prick open human tab>also give in beak)...
If this does not help it might be due to many things ... I would not know what except perhaps AE. Give it a few days ...

After 3 days of treating one that sounds just like yours I decided it was something neurological and culled her.

I HATE doing that, but it became very evident that even with my feeding and giving her water she was getting weaker by the day. Her balance never got any better and couldn't get around at all. Sometimes no amount of TLC can heal them.

Thanks for your replys, I went ahead today and put the chick down. Boy that was hard, but it wasn't getting any better and I decided it had suffered enough.
