Help baby chick dieing?

I have a week old chick. She is shivering and keeps digging under pine shavings and cover whole body never seen this whats going on.

Is she cold? I know you do a good job with your birds, so I'm sure your brooder is probably fine. Does she feel cold when you pick her up?

I'd be tempted to keep her with you and keep her as warm as possible.

What kind of bulb are you using? do you only have 1 chick if she was cold she should be huddling with the other chicks.

She felt hot so I went to pic her up and I was keeping her warm with my hand but not heat lamp...i was trying to find my temp. To take her temp. I dont think shes cold

I am using a generic red bulb from thiesens use the same one every year....I have never killed a chick and dont want her to be the first...

Is she maybe trying to dust bathe? A long shot, but worth an ask.
