Help baby chick falling over

Trying to figure out what I can do for this baby since the medical tape splint doesn't seem to be helping her/him walk. It flips over on its back or side when trying to walk.

Yes, both. Poor baby! We got 8/9 hatched but the temp and humidity went crazy during part of hatch time and I think that might have done it. The chick chair looks like it could work! We're giving water with electrolytes and nutri-drench. We'll try it!

Update: after vitamins and chick chair, the little guy can now walk with a brace on! He's getting there!
