HELP! Baby chick scratching and falling over!

I just got six new polish crested chicks, one keeps scratching at her head and neck, losing her balance, and falling over. She keeps her eyes closed, I have removed her from the others. Any advice on helping her and any ideas of what is going on? Thank you.

She only does it when she’s falling asleep. So I’ll try to send a vid as soon as she starts doing it. All I can say is she’s compulsively scratching and rolling around

Does there seem to be any problems when it walks or just when it falls asleep?

When she primarily does it is as she’s falling asleep or when she’s asleep. She will scratch a little more than usual when awake, but I’m more concerned food the falling asleep scratching. And thank you for responding!
