They are 5 weeks old. My son was giving BOSS to the guineas and threw some in for the chicks. I didn't realize it until now. Their little crops are just packed. Is it a problem? What do I do?

If they don't have access to grit...chick grit....then they need it asap. They need it in order to grind up the seeds.

If they are outside where they have access to small rocks and gravel they will be fine.

If they are in a brooder and don't have access to the ground you will need to get them some chick grit very soon.

That's it they should be fine.

Thanks, They are in a dog crate in the basement, so I woke them up and gave them some sand, no grit, my flock free ranges. Hopefully that helps.
