help!! babys choking what to do!!!

No. he is letargik now, tryint to breathe, i do have a syringe but shout I get it inside mouth? or put water

One time i had a baby chick choking and I held it in my hands, supported its head/neck and held it chest high and then swung it down between my legs. Kind of what you do for puppies to clear their airway. However, I would only use this as a last resort and would NOT recommend it because i do not know if it was the right thing to or not. The chick did live though. Once again... only as LAST resort because i don't know if it was OK to do that.
