help beak bleeding

Unless it was stopping your chick from eating.... there really isn't a good reason to do any beak trimming as it happens naturally from their picking around. That said, sounds like you cut into the quick, which would be like cutting into your nail bed. All you can do is apply quick stop and wait for it to stop bleeding. They'll get over it eventually but it will hurt for them to pick at things to eat till it heals, so make sure it continues to eat. Soft food may help.

ohh i feel horrible

If it's caged, you can put a cement block in there for beak and nail scratching to get the length down "naturally". Quick stop should stop bleeding pretty quick, but it could be hard since they use their beaks a lot. Don't worry too much, birds clot pretty quick and can have pretty major injuries without bleeding out. She won't bleed out from just the beak. Just keep an eye on her.

Take a match... put it on the beak... put pressure on the match against the beak with your thumb... then rip the match out like you were going to light it. (this may take two people so someone is holding the bird)

The match will stop the bleeding if you do it right. That is what they do when they trim spurs to stop bleeding.

Good luck.
