HELP!~~BEAK INJURED on ALL hens! with PICTURES

Hi, I have three 8-9 weeks old hens, and they all have beak injury this morning.
what might cause this? the fight? the hardware cloth?
Do I need to separate them?
any response will be appreciated.

Looks like they just cut themselves a little bit. This is common, nothing to worry about. They will heal very soon.
It is probably from the hardware cloth, as it has very tiny wire.

Agree with Boomchickapop looks like cuts. Could be their feeder as well. My first batch did that at a certain age while using a chick feeder and it was my clue to get them a big girl feeder.
