Duchess got bumblefoot 2 weeks ago so we've been soaking her feet every day for 30 mins. It won't go away for some reason.
Is there something else we could do to get rid of it??
It's on both her feet and she's been struggling to walk because of it.

I'll try but getting photos of her feet are hard even with two people doing it.
I can relate! With my hens, I've had to remove bumbles surgically. I soak, scrape off the scab, then cut out as much of the infection as I can. I put antibiotic ointment on it, pack it with sterile gauze, and wrap the foot with vet wrap. I change the gauze daily and add ointment each time.

Bumblefoot is stubborn! It takes weeks to heal, but I've had luck so far.

I'll have to get photos in the morning. All 3 ducks are hiding and I can't figure out where they are. I can slightly hear them but can't tell where the noise is coming from

Maybe keep her inside her duck home instead of letting her roam? Tough to do I know, but if she can restrict her walking that may help in the healing process.
