It is chronically damp and oozing puss. What is the condition of his pen? Even though ducks like to spend a major part of their day in water or mud, i think they need to have sandy or dry areas too. I hope you can find the cause and cure.

They have wet place to be and hay for bedding there dry place she is happy and acting normal but her feet are definitely not normal amd shes my favorite duck

Looks like bumble foot to me also. I would start by soaking her feet in an Epsom salt bath daily and follow that by applying some clear iodine on all those places to begin trying to draw out that infection. You will need to keep her somewhere as clean as possible and her feet dry.

So no water for her to swim in?

You can let her swim in fresh clean water for a while each day. Just let her swim a while then take it away. Like, either in a fenced area outdoors or bring her into the bathtub or something. You just don't want to give free access to water once it's all mucked up.

Also what do I wrap her feet in just gauze?
You can use vet wrap, gauze, medical tape, whatever you find easiest.
