Help! best thermometer for incubator, newbie here!

Jus finished my home made incubator, testing it now, but n9t sure about temperature. The STC-1000 show a tempeture of 37.5, inside thermometer / hygrometer show 104, I am guessing the thermometer inside is the one inaccurate, what do you use?

I would not trade my Brinsea thermometer for anything - very accurate
