One of my 14 RI Reds started having troubles last night. All our birds are 9 weeks old. It began with not being able to walk straight (looks like it's drunk). It progressed to it not being able to stand and it shakes it's head like it's trying to get something off its beak. It has been eating the oatmeal mixture recommended on here and has been pooping (green and white poops). It doesn't seem to want to drink though. It has been alert, but does even fall over when sitting. We brought it in the house to keep an eye on it, but are not sure what to do. There is a possibility it ate some (non fiberglass) insulation. Please help!

I'm not very experienced with emergencies, but I'll attach a link to some health info. I'd keep it in the house quiet and warm. It could be a vitamin deficiency, so maybe try some vitamins & elecrtrolytes. Also make sure the coop, food etc is clean. Could be moldy food. Check your food closely, even the bottom of the bag.

Good luck
